Return & Refund Policy
In addition to the normal QA checking, during the packing stage our QA test engineers will do test and double check the right accessories, the correct standard power adapters and other standard accessories which are suitable for your country. We will double check all the matter before shipping out.

Drop shipping is available here. If you are a drop shipper and you have encountered return issue with our products which you sold to your customers, it is also within our after-service scope. We will not ignore any of these problems and do our best to provide best service for all of the customers. If you have any question or suggestion, please feel free to contact us immediately, we will reply to you as soon as possible.

If a product has quality problems within 30 days of customers receiving it, VastWholesaler.com will be responsible for exchanging your item or returning a full refund. After confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will send a refund or exchange the product. Quality problems caused by manufacturing include such things as motherboard damage, screen damage, accessories damage, malfunctioning buttons.
2.Non Quality Issues:
If customers wish to return an item for non quality reasons within 7 days after receiving the product, we will return 95% the product price (Less 5% restocking fee and shipping charges).
Returned products should be in original condition with original packaging. If an accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from the refund.
Canceling Orders (Before delivery)
If an order is canceled before delivery, no fee will be charged.

We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order, and once the creation process has begun the materials cannot be reused. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to make up your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.
Our Cancellations Policy
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation* will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders canceled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
- Orders canceled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returning For Replacement or Refund
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.
If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.
Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items
You are eligible for a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping costs for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must first obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier.
Sizing or Fitting Issues
As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one (1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.
Dress is not the size you ordered
Should your dress size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.
Dress is the size you ordered but does not fit
Dresses that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.
As our dresses are made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost.
Please note: if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on VastWholesaler.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or misshipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
If for any reason, your order was not shipped within the time stated and arrives late, but not by more than 10 days, you will be eligible for a complete refund, or a 30% reimbursement upon the delivery of the overdue product. If the product is overdue by more than 10 days, customers are eligible for a full refund. If the dress is not returned, only the shipping fee is paid by customers.
1)Submit a return request
to Customer Service within 30 days of your order's shipment*. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.

2)Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item and the completed Product Return Form back to us as soon as possible.
3)Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account. Items returned in unacceptable condition we will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you.
Returning for replacement and refund
All items can be returned within 7 days after you receive the products. Please clearly identify the return reason on the package. Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition, showing no sign of customization or wear.
Full refunds are issued for quality issues and we will pay for return postage both ways. (Quality issues include: obvious stains, tear damage, and defective products.)
Customers who receive products with errors of 2cm (or greater) between the actual measured size and the size chart on the website, that we consider will affect the wearing of the product, are eligible for a full refund. Products with errors less than 2cm will not be accepted.
Canceling Orders (Payment Confirmed)
1.No charges for canceling orders before shipping.
2.Customized sports clothing orders are eligible for a 25% partial refund
All Women's Clothing and Cashmere Store Category items are designated as OSRM (Other Special Regulated Materials) and once sold will not be returned or exchanged except for quality issues, wrong color, or allergy problems.
We will offer refund and bear all return shipping fees. Products returned due to quality issues (Quality issues include damage and faulty goods) must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item and must be in brand new condition, unused and with original tags.
Please also explain why you want to return the products.
We will exchange your product if the purchased product does not match the color you ordered (perceived color differences due to your computer monitor display will not be exchanged).
We will exchange your product if the product received does not much the item ordered.
All return& must be returned in 7 days. The return and exchange may be made only if your product is eligible. We reserve the right to refuse the return& exchange of any items that have been worn, damaged, or had the tags removed. If an item we receive has been worn, the tags removed, or the item deemed unacceptable for return& exchange, we reserve the right to return to you any unacceptable pieces. All packaging for product must be intact and not damaged in any way.
Requesting an Exchange
1.Your original order number (This is very important).
2.The reason for your exchange and the replacement style name, number, and color of your replacement piece.
3.Your shipping address and phone number.
Canceling an Order
1.You will not be charged any fees if you cancel you order within 48 hours (Except FOR CUSTOM WIGS).
2.We will charge 50% of your total order fees if you cancel your order after 48 hours but within 7 days.
3.Only freight fees will be returned if you cancel your order after 7 days but before the item is shipped.
Procedure for Returning Goods
Please follow the steps mentioned below to return goods:
1. Contact us first by email or online chatting with detailed description and photos or videos if possible, and we will confirm whether it is operational problem or quality problem.
2. We will advise you with possible resolutions after our confirmation.
3. We will accept your requirement of returning if all the solutions are not workable.
4. You have to immediately send the items together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.
5. We will inform you once we receive the returned goods. Replacements or repaired items will be shipped back via regular air mail with prior notice.
1. Except for the emergemcy you';d better choose the local postal service or EMS when you return the goods and keep the declare value low in order to avoid VastWholesal to afford the import tarrif.
2. If the consumer rejects the goods we send without any reason and requests to refund, we will not return the shipping cost. All back tracking shipping cost and tarrif should be paid by the consumer.
3. As for the accessories or leatherware attached to the products, if you have received them within 2 weeks and there are quality problems or we send wrong products to you, VastWholesal will resend new items to consumers free of charge. While after 2 weeks, VastWholesal will not accept any kind of return or repair request.
